UCLA Health Administrative Coordinator in Los Angeles, California

Description

We

are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide overall administrative

support to the Department of Medicine Administration Offices. In this role, you

will be responsible for day-to-day administrative and logistical support,

management and preparation for meetings, faculty retreats, conferences, and

various department hosted events. You will assist with preparation and

maintenance of various reports using Excel and other software programs. Work

with a diverse audience, which includes department leadership, faculty, and

staff.

Hourly Salary Range: $29.94 - $47.76

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training

  • Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns.

  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff verbally and in writing.

  • Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.

  • Working knowledge of common organization-specific and other computer application programs.

  • Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
