As the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, you will create
and implement visionary, strategic and integrated solutions to attract, hire,
onboard, develop, and retain a highly talented, top-performing, and diverse
workforce. Supporting the Chief Human Resource Officer's strategic plan, the
Senior Director, Talent Acquisition will develop and implement internal
programs and systems to realize the organization's vision to build and maintain
UCLA Health as a high-performing, top place to work.
As the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, you will:

Contribute to strategic planning to
align HR's people strategy with UCLA Health's mission and values.

Build and maintain relationships
with UCLA Health leadership to enhance talent acquisition and onboarding.
*
Provide overall leadership to
attract, retain and hire the best talent in the job market through a full cycle
talent acquisition process.
*
Support our multi-disciplinary
onboarding team to support new hires and ensure a positive new employee
experience of the UCLA Health brand.
*
Ensure compliance with university
policies and state/federal guidelines on job postings and hiring practices.
*
Collaborate with leadership to
provide staffing during labor actions or emergencies.
*
Manage departmental budget and track
ROI for advertising and overall HR expenses.
Qualifications
We are seeking a collaborative,
forward-thinking HR professional with:
*
Education:
Bachelor's in business, HR, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred) or
equivalent experience.
*
Experience:
Ten years of proven and effective HR progressive leadership experience; eight
years of internal consulting experience.
*
Expertise:
Proven ability to create and execute impactful talent strategies, streamline
processes, and deliver measurable results in fast-paced, complex environments.
*
Skills:
Exceptional communication, customer service orientation, and a talent for
problem-solving and innovation.
*
Mindset:
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a commitment to cultural
transformation and operational excellence.
*
Tools:
Proficiency in analytics, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
The University of California, Los Angeles is required to
provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This
range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in
making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills,
knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other
business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be
offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers
are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience. The full
salary range for this position is $140,200-$331,800.
