Description
Join our team as a student assistant, where you'll handle phone calls, route communications efficiently, and occasionally facilitate interdepartmental deliveries. Collaborate with study coordinators, aiding in database management, scheduling study visits, and supporting grant application data collection. Contribute to the success of research initiatives by ensuring smooth study visit monitoring.
The Ideal candidate would be a UCLA undergrad student.
Salary: $16.25 - $19.25/hour
Qualifications
REQUIRED
Must be a responsible person.
Basic knowledge of office procedures.
Working knowledge of medical terminology.
Knowledge of MS Office
Communicate clearly in email and orally for telephone calls.

- Ability to work independently without close supervision.
