In this exciting and rewarding position, you will provide exceptional nursing care for our patients. You will offer guidance to team members by supervising nursing interventions and assigning related tasks. You will also assess patient, family and staff learning needs, deliver appropriate clinical education and promote effective working relationships. This involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of dedicated professionals to develop and implement a care plan, including providing detailed care instructions.

As a Cath Lab RN, you will embody the essence of professional Registered Nursing, assuming both responsibility and accountability for patients within a designated time frame. Utilizing the nursing process and collaborative input from the healthcare team, you will deliver comprehensive care. You will exemplify the professional standards set forth by the American Nurses Association (ANA), actively engaging in ethical considerations, educational endeavors, evidence-based practice, and research. Additionally, they champion quality improvement initiatives, demonstrate leadership prowess, foster collaboration among peers, evaluate professional practice, optimize resource utilization, promote environmental health, and advocate for patients as integral components of clinical nursing practice.

Salary Range: $59.46 - $88.39 Hourly

Qualifications

Required:

  • At least 2 years of Cath Lab experience

  • BSN or MSN degree

  • Current California RN license

  • BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association

  • ACLS and PALS

  • Ability to develop and implement and evaluate patient care plan actively involving patients, family, and staff

  • Ability to perform historical, physical and behavioral patient assessments

  • Skill in implementing appropriate nursing interventions on a consistent basis

Preferred:

  • At least 2 years of ICU or Emergency Department experience

  • Strong IV Skills
